Every Pointtec product has two years warranty. Our service centre is authorized to decide wether it is a warranty case free of charge or alternatively they are going to calculate a quote for you.
If there is a technical problem use our link “Retailer directory” sorted by postcode and find the nearest shop.
Alternatively sent your watch directly to our service center together with valid warranty and purchase receipt.
